I work independently with companies, leaders and individuals. The work ranges from executive decisions and AI to commercial systems, coaching and body therapy.
I also build with AI, write and prepare The Art of Business. I am building a long-term business around useful work, interesting questions and conversations with people I want to understand.

About Jacob
I have spent my career moving between technology, customers, companies and people. I began in engineering, moved through enterprise sales, sales engineering, GTM leadership and company building, and later added coaching and body therapy. Today I also build directly with AI.
That background lets me see the same situation from several angles. I work closely with a small number of clients, use the parts of my experience that are relevant and stay involved from the first question through the practical work.
Alongside client work, I develop ideas in public through articles, experiments and The Art of Business.
